I think Yamaha probably made the most durable and reliable twin cylinder moto engine on planet earth when they made the CP2. Suzuki's K5 1L probably fits that bill in the inline-4 engines.

Hard enduros have to be the most radical, difficult, and outrageous form of motorsport in all 2-wheel pursuits, and to do it with a factory 205 kg motorcycle is pretty wild.
